اعتقلت  اليوم 16/2/2019 قوات الأمن المهندس ممدوح حمزة، الناشط السياسي ، واقتادته إلى قسم شرطة أول التجمع، على خلفية اتهامه بنشر أخبار كاذبة، على أن يتم عرضه غدًا على النيابة.وفى وقت سابق في ديسمبر الماضي، أخلت النيابة العامة، سبيل المهندس ممدوح حمزة، بكفالة مالية قدرها 20 ألف جنيه، عقب التحقيق معه في البلاغ المقدم ضده من المحامي سمير صبري، والذي يتهمه بنشر أخبار كاذبة، والتهكم علي سياسات الدولة.

تحديث 17/2/2019 قررت النيابة العامة، الأحد17 فبراير، إخلاء سبيل المهندس الاستشاري ممدوح حمزة، على ذمة التحقيقات في القضية رقم 31 لسنة 2017، بكفالة 20 ألف جنيه، لاتهامه بنشر أحبار كاذبة.

On February 16, 2019, the security forces arrested Mamdouh Hamza, a political activist, and took him to the police station of the first assembly, on the charge of publishing false news, to be presented tomorrow to the prosecution. Earlier in December, Engineer Mamdouh Hamza, on bail of 20,000 pounds, following investigation into the communication filed against him by lawyer Samir Sabri, who accuses him of spreading false news and scorning the policies of the state.

On February 17, 2011, the Public Prosecution decided on Sunday (February 17th) to release the consultant Eng. Mamdouh Hamza, on the basis of investigations in case No. 31 of 2017, on bail of 20,000 pounds on charges of publishing false inks.

16 Şubat 2019’da güvenlik güçleri siyasi bir eylemci olan Mamdouh Hamza’yı tutukladı ve yarın savcılığa sunulacak sahte haberi yayınlamakla suçlayan ilk meclisin karakoluna götürdü. Mühendisi Mamdouh Hamza, 20.000 lira kefaletle, sahte haber yaymak ve devlet politikalarını puanlamakla suçlayan avukat Samir Sabri tarafından kendisine iletilen iletişim soruşturmasını takiben.
