اعتقلت قوات أمن البحيرة تعسفياً اليوم الثلاثاء 4 فبراير،المحامى الشاب / ابراهيم حسن يوسف ابوسيف ، من امام محكمة حوش عيسى وتم عرضه على نيابة حوش عيسى والتى قررت حبسه ١٥ يوم احتياطياً على ذمة التحقبقات. يذكر أن السياسات القمعية التي تتخذها السلطات المصرية ، تجاه المحامين ، والمدافعين عن حقوق الانسان ، والتي ندد بها البرلمان الاوروبي ، والمنظمات الدولية لم تتوقف بل تزايدت وتيرتها في الآونة الاخيرة.

The security forces of the lake arbitrarily arrested the young lawyer, Ibrahim Hassan Yusuf Abu Saif, on Tuesday 4 February, from the court of Hosh Issa, and he was brought before the Hosh Issa Prosecution office, which decided to detain him for 15 days, as a result of investigations. It is noteworthy that the repressive policies taken by the Egyptian authorities towards lawyers and human rights defenders, which were condemned by the European Parliament, and international organizations have not stopped, but increased in frequency in the recent times.

Bugün, 4 Şubat'ta Beheira Güvenlik Kuvvetleri, genç avukat İbrahim Hassan Yusuf Abu Seif'i Hosh Issa mahkemesinden keyfi olarak tutukladı ve 15 gün boyunca tedbir olarak tutmaya karar veren Hosh Issa Savcılığı'na getirildi. Mısır makamları tarafından Avrupa Parlamentosu ve uluslararası örgütler tarafından kınanan avukatlara ve insan hakları savunucularına yönelik uygulanan baskıcı politikaların durmadığı, ancak yakın zamanda arttığı dikkat çekicidir.
