تمارس إدارة سجن بنها العمومي انتهاكات جسيمة ، وجرائم مروعة بحق المعتقلين السياسيين ، ومنها واقعة تعذيب المواطن/ يوسف صلاح الدين عبد القادر ، في يوم 7 أكتوبر 2019 حيث تم إرغامه على أكل الكثير من قطع "الحلاوة" إلى أن قارب على فقدان وعيه ، ثم قاموا بالتعدي عليه ضربا حتى فقد وعيه ، وبعد أن فاق من الغيبوبة تم تعليقه على "الفلكة" وضربه مرة أخرى ، ولم يكتفوا بهذا القدر من الانتهاكات بحقه ، بل قاموا بمصادرة جميع متعلقاته الشخصية والدراسية ، وحرقوها إجبارا له على الشراء من كانتين السجن .
وتدين منظمة نجدة لحقوق الانسان تلك الانتهاكات الجسيمة ، التي تتدني الي دركات الجرائم ضد الانسانية ، وتحمل قطاع مصلحة السجون ومأمور السجن ورئيس المباحث وكلا من المخبرين

المسئولية الكاملة عن تلك الانتهاكات ، وتطالب النيابة العامة بفتح تحقيق عاجل وجدي وشفاف حول تلك الانتهاكات .

تحديث 12/10/2019:    لفظ المعتقل الشاب "يوسف صلاح الدين عبد القادر"، أنفاسه الأخيرة، داخل محبسه بسجن بنها العمومي، مساء يوم السبت 12 أكتوبر، ورغم تسليم الجثة لاهل المتوفي . إلا أن ادارة السجن لم تصرح بسبب الوفاة .

Update 12/10/2019: The young detainee "Youssef Salah El-Din Abdel-Qader", breathed his last, inside his prison in Benha Public Prison, on the evening of Saturday, October 12, despite the handover of the body to the family of the deceased. However, the prison administration did not state the cause of death.

Güncelleme 12/10/2019: Genç tutuklu "Youssef Salah El-Din Abdel-Qader", cesedi merhumun ailesine teslim etmesine rağmen 12 Ekim Cumartesi akşamı Benha Devlet Hapishanesindeki hapishanesinde son nefesini verdi. Ancak, hapishane idaresi ölüm sebebini belirtmedi.
