لفظ المواطن/ وليد محمد فتحى سليمان - 27 عاما –مدير شركة شحن – من محافظة الوادي الجديد ويقيم في القاهرة،أنفاسه الاخيرة بقسم شرطة الموسكي أمس الخميس 9 إبريل 2020 جراء التعذيب الذي تعرض له ،بعد احتجازه قبل 10 أيام بدون سند من القانون.

وجاء بالتقرير الطبي أن سبب الوفاة " نزيف بالمخ والتهاب رئوي وكسور بالجسم ، وقد اتهم والده رسميا ضباط القسم (محمد يحيي ويوسف سيف وأحمد قدري) بالضلوع في تعذيب ابنه حتى الموت.  وتحرر المحضر رقم 456 إداري قسم شرطة الموسكي وفقا للتقارير الطبية لسبب الوفاة وأحيل للنيابة والتي امرت باستدعاء الطب الشرعي لتشريح الجثة بعد ثبوت أقوال والد المجني عليه من المعاينة المبدئية.

Sağlık raporu ölüm nedeninin "beyin kanaması, pulmoner inflamasyon ve vücut kırıkları olduğunu ve babasının resmi olarak bölümün oğlunu ölümüne işkence yapmakla suçlamakla suçladığını belirtmiştir. Kurbanın babasının ifadeleri ön incelemeden kanıtlanmıştır.
