إدراج 21 متهما علي قوائم الإرهابيين

أعادت الدائرة الثامنة بمحكمة جنايات القاهرة، إدراج جماعة الإخوان للمرة الخامسة على قوائم الإرهاب.صدر القرار برئاسة المستشار هشام عبد المجيد، في الطلب رقم 1 لسنة 2022 قرارات إدراج إرهابية بشأن القضية رقم 924 لسنة 2021 حصر أمن دولة عليا، بما يلي:

- إدراج جماعة الإخوان على قائمة الكيانات الإرهابية.

• إدراج 21 متهما في القضية بقوائم الإرهابيين لمدة 5 سنوات تبدأ من تاريخ صدور القرار مع ما يترتب على ذلك من آثار قانونية.
• صدر القرار بتاريخ 17/2/2022 ونشر بالجريدة الرسمية يوم 20/2/2022

The Eighth Circuit of the Cairo Criminal Court re-listed the Muslim Brotherhood for the fifth time on the lists of terrorism. The decision was issued, headed by Counsellor Hisham Abdel Meguid, in Request No. 1 of 2022 decisions to list terrorists on Case No. 924 of 2021 limiting the security of a supreme state, with the following:

Inclusion of the Muslim Brotherhood on the list of terrorist entities.

The inclusion of 21 defendants in the case on the lists of terrorists for a period of 5 years starting from the date of the issuance of the decision, with the legal implications thereof.
The decision was issued on February 17, 2022 and published in the Official Gazette on February 20, 2022

Kahire Ceza Mahkemesi Sekizinci Dairesi, Müslüman Kardeşler'i beşinci kez terör listelerine yeniden kaydetti.Karar, Müsteşar Hişam Abdül Meguid başkanlığındaki 2022 kararlarının 1 No'lu Davasında teröristlerin listelenmesine ilişkin 1 No'lu Talepte yayınlandı. . 924 of 2021, aşağıdakilerle bir yüce devletin güvenliğini sınırlandırıyor:

Müslüman Kardeşler'in terör örgütleri listesine dahil edilmesi.

21 sanığın kararın verildiği tarihten itibaren 5 yıl süreyle terör listelerine alınması, hukuki sonuçlarıyla birlikte.
Karar 17 Şubat 2022'de yayımlandı ve 20 Şubat 2022'de Resmi Gazete'de yayımlandı.
