تقدم طارق محمود المحامى  ببلاغ للمستشار النائب العام ، قيد تحت رقم 4014 لسنة 2019 عرائض النائب العام، اتهم فيه الاعلامى حمزة زوبع بالانتماء لجماعة إرهابية محظورة، وهى جماعة الإخوان، والتحريض على الدولة المصرية والإساءة إليها. وطالب فى بلاغه بفتح تحقيق عاجل وفورى فى البلاغ واصدار امر ضبط واحضار ووضع اسمه على قوائم ترقب الوصول وادراجه على قوائمة النشرة الحمراء للانتربول الدولى للقبض عليه وتسليمه لمصر.
