فضت الدائرة السادسة بمحكمة جنايات بنها، يوم  الخميس18/7/2019  ببراءة محمود فهمي أبوزيد سليمان، بعد عام ونصف من الحبس الاحتياطي على ذمة التحقيقات في اتهامه بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور.

On November 18, 2019, the sixth chamber of the Benha Criminal Court acquitted Mahmud Fahmi Abu Zeid Suleiman, after a year and a half of pre-trial detention, on charges of joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law and the constitution.

18 Kasım 2019'da, Benha Ceza Mahkemesi'nin altıncı odası, Mahmud Fahmi Abu Zeid Süleyman'ı, bir yıl buçuk yıl sonra, yasa ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılma suçlamasıyla yargılanan Mahmud Fahmi Abu Zeid Süleyman'ı beraat etti.
