قررت نيابة المعادي إخلاء سبيل السيدات الخمس اللاتي تم اعتقالهم أمس أثناء حضور جلسة محاكمة ذويهم بكفالة 200 جنيه لكل منهن.  وعتقلت قوات الأمن بسجن طرة شديد الحراسة، فتاة و4 سيدات من أمهات معتقلي القضية ١٢٣ لسنة ٢٠١٨ جنايات شرق القاهرة العسكرية، أثناء تواجدهم بمعهد أمناء الشرطة، وهم "ندا محمود رجب، ووالدة عماد حمدي مندي، ووالدة عمر مصطفي، ووالدة شريف عبد ربه، وابتسام جمعة".
وقال شهود عيان إن أهالي المعتقلين كانوا ينتظرون رؤية ذويهم أثناء جلسة المحاكمة خاصة أن القضية ممنوع عنها الزيارة من تاريخ اعتقالهم وكانت أخر جلسة محاكمة في 16 يونيو الماضي، إلا أن القاضي اعتذر عن الجلسة وقرر تأجيل نظر القضية، ما أثار قلق خاصة أن المعتقلين خرجوا من السجن باتجاه معهد أمناء الشرطة إلا أنهم لم يحضروا جلسة المحاكمة.
وأضاف شهود العيان أن الأهالي كان أملهم أن يطمئوا على ذويهم من خلف الزجاج فقط، نظراً لتوارد أنباء عن وجود إضراب، إلا أن الأتوبيسات المخصصه لنقل المعتقلين من السجن للمحكمة خرجت بعد دقيقتين فقط من دخول مقر المحاكمة بمعهد أمناء الشرطة. وأوضح شهود العيان أن الأهالى طلبوا رؤية أبنائهم وإدخال العلاج والأطعمة لذويهم، لكن قوات فض الشغب حاولت صرف الأهالي قبل أن تسمح لـ 20 شخص بزيارة 25 من المعتقلي شديد ٢ كانوا لا يزالون في المحكمة قادمين من المستشفى وجميعهم يتعاطون المحاليل ويبدوا عليهم الإعياء الشديد. وأكد شهود العيان أن قوات الأمن بالمحكمة طلبت 4 سيدات أخرى لزيارة ذويهم، فذهبت معهم كل من "ندا محمود رجب، ووالدة عماد حمدي مندي، ووالدة عمر مصطفي، ووالدة شريف عبد ربه، وابتسام جمعة"، إلا أن سيارة الشرطة، لم تتحرك باتجاه المحكمة، واقتادتهم إلى جهة مجهولة قبل أن يظهرن اليوم في نيابة المعادي.
