أمرت نيابة أمن الدولة العليا اليوم الاثنين الموافق 28 أكتوبر بحبس المستشار أحمد سليمان 15 يوما على ذمة القضية المخلى سبيله فيها بعد مواجهته بتقرير تفريغ اللاب توب المتحفظ عليه يوم إعتقاله لوجود ملفين بإسم " مجزرة رابعة وصمة عار في جبين الإنقلاب .
كانت محكمة جنايات الجيزة قد رفضت استئناف النيابة، بتاريخ 24 أكتوبر الجاري وأيدت قرار إخلاء سبيل المستشار أحمد سليمان، وزير العدل الأسبق، بتدابيراحترازية على ذمة التحقيقات في القضية رقم 623، وألزمته المحكمة عدم مغادرته منزله.
ويواجه المستشار أحمد سليمان عدة اتهامات من بينها الانضمام إلى جماعة أنشئت على خلاف أحكام القانون، الغرض منها الدعوة إلى تعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين، ومنع مؤسسات الدولة والسلطات العامة من ممارسة أعمالها.

On October 24, the Giza Criminal Court rejected the prosecution's appeal and upheld the decision to release former Justice Minister Ahmed Suleiman with precautionary measures pending investigation of case No. 623. The court ordered him not to leave his home.
Counselor Ahmed Suleiman faces several charges, including joining a group established in contravention of the provisions of the law, with the purpose of calling for the disruption of the provisions of the Constitution and laws, and preventing state institutions and public authorities from exercising their functions.

28 Ekim Pazartesi günü, Yüksek Devlet Güvenlik Savcısı, avukat Ahmed Süleyman'a 15 gün boyunca gözaltında tutulmasını emretti ve dizüstü bilgisayarın serbest bırakılmasını bekledi.
24 Ekim'de Giza Ceza Mahkemesi savcılığın temyiz başvurusunu reddetti ve 623 no'lu davanın soruşturulmasını bekleyen ihtiyati tedbirlerle eski Adalet Bakanı Ahmed Süleyman'ı serbest bırakma kararını onayladı. Mahkeme, evini terk etmemesini emretti.
Danışman Ahmed Süleyman, Kanun hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılmak, Anayasa ve kanun hükümlerinin aksamasına yol açmak ve devlet kurumlarının ve kamu otoritelerinin görevlerini yerine getirmelerini engellemek amacıyla çeşitli suçlamalarla karşı karşıyadır.
