ظهر يوم الخميس الماضي الموافق 29/9/2021 بنيابة العاشر من رمضان إثنين من المختفين قسرياً، وهما:
١-اشرف السيد محمود محمد امام
٢-خليل السيد خليل احمد

وقررت النيابة حبسهما خمسة عشر يوما بتهمة الانتماء لجماعة إرهابية وحيازة منشورات .
يذكر أن الشيخ/ اشرف إمام يعمل إمام وخطيب بالاوقاف بكفر صقر وقد تم اعتقاله سابقا بالعاشر قضي له بالبراءة وبعد تسعة أيام فقط قبض عليه في كفر صقر وتم محاكمته أمام جنح ا.د.ط كفر صقر بنفس التهم السابقة وقضت المحكمة عليه بعقوبة الحبس لمدة 6 أشهر وانتهت المدة في 12/9/2021.
وفي يوم 25/9/2021 اي بعد 13 يوم فقط قامت قوة من شرطة العاشر من رمضان باعتقاله وذلك أثناء قدومه لمدينة العاشر من رمضان لمتابعة أعمال البناء في بيته وتم اخفاءه قسرياً الي أن ظهر في النيابة يوم الخميس الماضي.

The prosecution decided to imprison them for fifteen days on charges of belonging to a terrorist group and possessing publications.
It is reported that Sheikh / Ashraf Imam works as an imam and preacher in the endowments in Kafr Saqr. He was previously arrested on the tenth. He was acquitted and only nine days later he was arrested in Kafr Saqr and he was tried in front of the misdemeanour of Prof. Dr. D. T. Kafr Saqr on the same previous charges and the court sentenced him to imprisonment for 6 years. months and the period expired on 12/09/2021.
On 25/9/2021, i.e. only 13 days later, a force from the 10th of Ramadan police arrested him while he was coming to the 10th of Ramadan city to follow up on construction work in his house. He was forcibly disappeared until he appeared in the prosecution last Thursday.

 

Geçen Perşembe, 29/9/2021'e denk gelen, Ramazan'ın Onuncu Davasında, zorla kaybedilenlerden ikisi ortaya çıktı:
1- Eşref El-Sayed Mahmud Muhammed Emam
2- Halil El-Sayed Halil Ahmed

Savcılık, terör örgütü mensubu olmak ve yayın bulundurmak suçlamasıyla on beş gün hapis cezasına çarptırılmasına karar verdi.
Şeyh / Eşref İmam'ın Kafr Saqr'daki vakıflarda imam ve vaiz olarak çalıştığı ve daha önce onuncu günü tutuklandığı, beraat ettiği ve sadece dokuz gün sonra Kafr Saqr'da tutuklandığı ve yargılandığı bildirildi. Dr. aylarının kabahatlerinden ve süresi 12/09/2021 tarihinde dolmuştur.
25/9/2021 tarihinde, yani sadece 13 gün sonra, evindeki inşaat işlerini takip etmek için 10 Ramazan şehrine gelirken 10 Ramazan polisinden bir ekip tarafından gözaltına alındı, ortaya çıkana kadar zorla kaybedildi. geçen perşembe savcılıkta
