تقدم طارق محمود المحامى  ببلاغ للنائب العام قيد تحت رقم 1510 لسنة 2019 عرائض النائب العام، اتهم فيه  معتز مطر بسب وقذف رئيس الجمهورية وقيادات ومؤسسات الدولة وذلك بتحريض مباشر من أيمن نور مالك قناة الشرق وطالب محمود فى ختام بلاغه بفتح تحقيقات عاجلة وفورية فى البلاغ المقدم، وإصدار امر ضبط وإحضار لمعتز مطر وأيمن نور لارتكابهما الجرائم المنوه عنها فى البلاغ، ووضع اسم المقدم ضدهما البلاغ على قوائم ترقب الوصول للقبض عليهم فور وصولهم للأراضى المصرية، ومخاطبة الانتربول الدولى لوضعهم على قائمة النشرة الحمراء والقبض عليهم وتسليمهم للسلطات المصرية، وطلب تحريات الأجهزة الأمنية فى واقعة تلقى المقدم ضدهم البلاغ لتمويلات مشبوهة من أجهزة مخابرات أجنبية معادية للدولة المصرية، وإحالتهم لمحاكمة جنائية عاجلة .
