قررت نيابة أمن الدولة العليا حبس الناشط السياسي زياد أبو الفضل، عضو حزب العيش، 15 يومًا احتياطيا على ذمة التحقيقات الجارية فى القضية التي تحمل الرقم 1739 لسنة 2018 حصر أمن دولة عليا، لاتهامه بنشر أخبار كاذبة.وقال المحامي محمد فتحي، دفاع عدد من المتهمين فى القضية، إن النيابة وجهت لأبو الفضل ذات الاتهامات الموجهة للمتهمين فى القضية، والتي تمثلت فى «مشاركة جماعة إرهابية فى تحقيق أهدافها، وإساءة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وبث ونشر أخبار كاذبة»، على أن تنظر تجديد حبسه يوم 26 مارس القادم.كان المحامي ذاته ذكر يوم 5 مارس، إن عدد المتهمين فى القضية وصل لنحو 35 متهمًا، مشيرا إلى أن القضية بدأت في الظهور بعد ضمها عدد من النشطاء السياسين وأعضاء بحزب الكرامة، على خلفية مشاركتهم في وقفة أعقبت احتفالية نظمها حزبي تيار الكرامة والتحالف الشعبي، لإحياء ذكرى ثورة 25 يناير.وأضاف فتحي فى تصريحاته، أن القضية ضمت مؤخرا عدد من الشباب ورواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، على خلفية تفاعلهم مع حادث قطار محطة مصر، لافتا إلى اختلاف الاتهامات الموجهة لكل متهم عن الآخر فى القضية وفق التحريات والتحقيقات.وأوضح فتحي -الذي حضر مع عدد من المتهمين جلسات التحقيقات- أن الاتهامات الموجهة لمتهمي القضية تنحصر غالبيتها فى ثلاثة اتهامات، هم: «مشاركة جماعة إرهابية فى تحقيق أهدافها، وإساءة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وبث ونشر أخبار كاذبة»، منوها إلى أن أعداد متهمي القضية مرشح للزيادة ولا يمكن حصره بشكل نهائي ودقيق بعد.
