رغم مرور 38 يوماً،  ما زالت  قوات الأمن بالقاهرة تواصل الإخفاء القسري بحق المواطن هارون أحمد أبو العلا طه، ٢٠ عامًا،منذ اعتقاله من أمام منزله بمنطقة مصر القديمة أثناء ذهابه إلى العمل يوم 11يناير الماضي واقتياده إلى جهة غير معروفة  .

قررت نيابة الخليفة تعويد هارون احمدابوالعلا طة لباكر رفقة تحريات الامن الوطني لمعرفة انتمائاته و آراؤه السياسيةعلي خلفية المحضررقم 118لسنة 2019جنح امن دولة طوارى الخليفة،
ووجة له النيابة الاتهمات الاتية:

١-التحريض علي قلب نظام الحكم واستهداف قيادات الجيش والشرطة 
٢-حيازة منشورات بها افكار جهادية
يذكر أنه قد تعرض للاختفاء القسري منذ أن قبض عليه 11/1/2019.وورد بالمحضر على خلاف الحقيقة انه تم ضبطة بتاريخ 24/2/2019من امام مسجد السيدة عائشة يقوم بتحريض المواطنين ضد الدولة ويدعوهم للخروج علي السلطة الحاكمة.

The prosecution has the following responsibilities:

1 - Incitement to overthrow the regime and targeting the army and police leaders
2 - possession of publications with ideas of jihad
He has been subjected to enforced disappearance since he was arrested on 11/1/2019. According to the record contrary to the fact that he was arrested on 24/2/2019 in front of the Mosque of Ms. Aisha, inciting citizens against the state and calling them out of power.

38 gün geçmesine rağmen, Kahire'deki güvenlik güçleri, 11 Ocak'ta çalışmaya devam ederken, 20 yaşındaki Harun Ahmed Ebu El-Ela Taha'yı Eski Mısır bölgesindeki evinden zorla saklamaya devam ediyor.

Halife savcılığı, Haroun Ahmedaboul, ilişkilerini ve siyasi görüşlerini belirlemek için ulusal güvenlik soruşturmasında Bakr'a katılmaya karar verdi.
Savcılığın şu sorumlulukları var:

1 - Rejimi devirme ve ordu ve polis liderlerini hedef alma teşviki
2 - cihad fikirleriyle yayınlara sahip olmak
11.01.2019'da tutuklanmasından bu yana zorla kaybetmeye maruz kalmıştır.25/2019 tarihinde Bayan Aisha Camii önünde tutuklandığının aksine, vatandaşları devlete karşı kışkırtmak ve onları iktidardan çağırmak.
