اعتقلت قوات أمن ههيا بالشرقية، فجر اليوم الأربعاء 10 إبريل، 4 مواطنين "بينهم أب وابنه" من منازلهم بالشرقية، دون سند قانوني، ولم يتم عرضهم على أيٍ من جهات التحقيق حتي الآن، وهم :-

1- محمود الصعيدى، محامى، 2- فوزى محمد خيرى،  3- عادل محمد على منصور، 4- فارس عادل محمد على، طالب.

تحديث : قررت نيابة ههيا بالشرقية، حبس "محمود الصعيدى" المحامى، وعضو هيئة الدفاع عن المعتقلين بالشرقية، 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات، في اتهامه بحيازة منشورات والإنضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور .

On Wednesday, April 10, security forces in Hehia arrested four citizens, including a father and his son, from their homes in Sharqiya. They were not presented to any of the investigation bodies until now.

1 - Mahmoud Saidi, a lawyer, 2 - Fawzi Mohammed Khairy, 3 - Adel Mohammed Ali Mansour, 4 - Faris Adel Mohammed Ali, a student.

The lawyer of Mahmoud al-Saidi, a lawyer and a member of the defense of the detainees in Sharqiya, was sentenced to 15 days in the investigation, accused of possessing leaflets and joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law and the constitution.

10 Nisan Çarşamba günü, Hehia'daki güvenlik güçleri, bir baba ve oğlu da dahil olmak üzere dört vatandaşı Sharqiya'daki evlerinden tutukladı ve bugüne kadar hiçbir soruşturma kuruluşuna sunulmadı.

Avukat ve Sharqiya'daki tutukluların savunmasının bir üyesi olan Mahmud el-Saidi'nin avukatı, broşürlere sahip olmak ve yasa ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılmakla suçlanan soruşturmada 15 gün hapse mahkum edildi.
