قررت نيابة أبوكبير بمحافظة الشرقية، حبس الطالب / عمار عبدالفتاح عبدالله السواح- -  ١٥ يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات بتهمة الانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور وحيازة منشورات، بعد فترة اختفاء قسري استمرت 50 يومًا.
وكانت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق قد قضت بإخلاء سبيل عمار عبدالفتاح يوم ١٩ مايو الماضي، بكفالة ١٠٠٠٠ج عشرة آلاف جنيها وبعد دفع الكفالة، رفض مركز شرطة أبوكبير تنفيذ قرار إخلاء السبيل، وأخفاه قسرًا في مكان مجهول، قبل أن يظهر اليوم 11/7/2019في النيابة على ذمة قضية جديدة تحمل ذات الاتهامات السابقة.

تحديث 16/8/2019:  يعاني عمار السواح من مغص كلوي شديد لوجود حصوه تسبب إنسداد  الحالب وارتجاع على الكلى ، ووترفض إدارة السجن خروجه المستشفى لتفتيت الحصوة .يذكر أن السواح اعتقل منذ 4 سنوات بعمر 16 سنة .

Güncelleme 16/8/2019: Ammar el-Sawah böbreklerde üreteral tıkanma ve geri akışa neden olan taşların varlığından dolayı şiddetli böbrek koliklerinden muzdariptir ve hapishane yönetimi hastaneden safra kesesini kırmayı reddetmektedir.
