أحمد محمد شوشوعطا الله محامي شاب , اعتقل بكمين أمني علي طريق القاهرة الاسماعيلية ،خلال سفره في مهمة عمل بالإسماعيلية يوم 6/2/2017 ,وتم اخفائه قسرياً لمدة 25 يوماً ، قبل أن يتم عرضه علي نيابة القصاصين يوم 3/3/2017، وتم تلفيق تهم باطلة له ليتم حبسه عامين ونصف _ إحتياطياً- بسجن بورسعيد  .
صدر قرار بإخلاء سبيله في 7/8/2019 وتم تسليمه لقسم بولاق الدكرور يوم 23/8/2019 , وظل محبوس دون سند قانوني بالقسم , إلي أن أنكر القسم وجوده بحوزته، بتاريخ 1/10/2019، وبتاريخ 4/12/2019 ظهر أحمد شوشو المحامي ، ضمن 60 مواطناً من المختفين قسرياً ، بنيابة أمن الدولة العليا ، علي ذمة قضية جديدة ، وقد أمرت النيابة بحبسهم جميعاً 15 يوماً علي ذمة التحقيقات ، ليخرج من ظلمة الاخفاء القسري ، غلي دوامة الحبس الاحتياطي مرة أخري.

Ahmad Shushu is a young lawyer, who was arrested with a security ambush on the Cairo-Ismailia road, while he was traveling on a business mission in Ismailia on 6/2/2017, and he was forcibly disappeared for 25 days, before he was presented to the Qassasin Prosecution on 3/3/2017, and the charges were fabricated It is void for him to be imprisoned for two and a half years - in reserve - in Port Said prison.
A decision was issued to release him on 7/8/2019 and he was handed over to Bulaq Dakrur department on 23/8/2019, and he remained imprisoned without a legal basis in the department, until the department denied that he was in his possession, on 1/10/2019, and on 4/12/2019 noon Lawyer Ahmad Shushu, among 60 citizens of the forcibly disappeared, at the Supreme State Security Prosecution, pending a new case, and the Public Prosecution Office ordered that they be imprisoned for 15 days pending investigations, to get out of the darkness of enforced disappearance, boiling the cycle of pretrial detention again.

Ahmad Shushu, 6/2/2017 tarihinde İsmailiye'de bir iş misyonunda seyahat ederken Kahire-İsmailiye yolunda güvenlik pusu ile tutuklanan genç bir avukat ve 3/3/2017 tarihinde Qassasin Savcılığına sunulmadan önce zorla kayboldu ve suçlamalar uyduruldu Port Said cezaevinde iki buçuk yıl hapis cezasına çarptırılması geçersizdir.
8/08/2019 tarihinde serbest bırakılması kararı verildi ve 23/8/2019 tarihinde Bulaq Dakrur bölümüne teslim edildi ve bölüm 1/10/2019 ve 4/12/2019 öğlen mülkiyette olduğunu inkar edene kadar bölümde yasal destek olmadan hapsedildi. Avukat Ahmad Shushu, Yüksek Devlet Güvenlik Savcılığı'nda zorla kayboldu ve 60 vatandaş arasında yeni bir dava bekledi ve Cumhuriyet Savcılığı, tutuksuz yargılanma döngüsünü tekrar kaynatmak için 15 gün boyunca hapis cezasına çarptırılmasını emretti.
