إعتقلت قوات أمن القاهرة المصور الصحفي/محمد فوزى مسعد مصطفى من منزله بمدينة 15 مايو منتصف ليلة الجمعة الموافق 20 مايو 2022 دون سند من القانون، وأقتادته إلى جهة غير معلومة.

ظهر اليوم بنيابة أمن الدولة الصحفى محمد فوزى مسعد مصطفى وتم التحقيق معه فى القضية 440 لسنة 2022
ووجهت إليه النيابة تهم: الإنضمام إلى جماعة مؤسسة على خلاف القانون ونشر أخبار كاذبة وإساءة استخدام وسائل التواصل.
وقد أكد بالتحقيقات أنه تم القبض عليه قبل أسبوعين ولم يعرض على النيابة إلا اليوم.

This afternoon, at the State Security Prosecution, journalist Mohamed Fawzy Massad Mustafa was investigated in Case 440 of 2022
The prosecution charged him with: joining a group established in violation of the law, spreading false news, and misusing social media.
He confirmed during the investigations that he was arrested two weeks ago and was not brought before the Public Prosecution until today.

Savcılık, onu yasaya aykırı olarak kurulmuş bir gruba katılmak, yalan haber yaymak ve sosyal medyayı kötüye kullanmakla suçladı.
Soruşturmalar sırasında iki hafta önce tutuklandığını ve bugüne kadar Cumhuriyet Savcılığı önüne çıkarılmadığını doğruladı.
