قررت الدائره 30 إرهاب بمحكمة جنايات القاهرة، برئاسة المستشار محمد سعيد الشربينى، اليوم الإثنين 29 يوليو، تأجيل أولى جلسات إعادة محاكمة 47 متهمًا في القضية المعروفة إعلامياً بـ"اقتحام قسم التبين"، لجلسة 24 أغسطس. كانت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، برئاسة المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي، يوم 5 نوفمبر 2016، قضت بالسجن المشدد 15 سنة لـ21 متهمًا، والسجن المشدد 10 سنوات لـ15 متهمًا، والمشدد 7 سنوات لـ11 متهمًا، وإلزام المحكوم عليهم قيمة 10 ملايين و101 ألف و79 جنيهًا قيمة التلفيات التي أحدثوها، ووضع المحكوم عليهم تحت مراقبة الشرطة لمدة 5 سنوات بعد قضاء مدة العقوبة المقررة. وألغت محكمة النقض، في 5 يوليو 2018، أحكام السجن على 47 متهمًا في قضية "اقتحام قسم التبين"، وإعادة محاكمتهم أمام دائرة أخرى مغايرة.
