تقدم طارق محمود المحامى  ببلاغ للمستشار النائب العام، قيد تحت رقم 5807 لسنة 2019 عرائض النائب العام، اتهم فيه القاضى السلبق وليد شرابى  بالتحريض والتخطيط للقيام بعمليات إرهابية ضد الدولة المصرية ومؤسساتها.وأضاف محمود فى بلاغه، أن شرابى ينتقل ما بين تركيا وامريكا للتحريض ضد مصر وعقد اجتماعات ومؤتمرات مشبوهه مع بعض الأجهزة المخابراتية المعادية لمصر ومنها المخابرات القطرية والتركية، وذلك بتعليمات صادرة له من جماعة الإخوان  للتخطيط والتحريض ضد الدولة المصرية وتدبير المؤامرات ضد مصر ومنع مؤسسات الدولة من ممارسة أعمالها الدستورية والتشريعية ونشر الفوضى والاضطرابات داخل البلاد وبث الرعب فى نفوس المواطنين وزعزعة الاستقرار والأمن الداخلى للبلاد والإضرار بالمصالح العليا للبلاد وحث المجتمع الدولى على التدخل فى الشأن الداخلى المصرى ونشر أخبار وبيانات كاذبة من شأنها تكدير الأمن والسلم الاجتماعيين. وأشار محمود فى بلاغه، إلى أن وليد شرابى تلقى تمويلات مالية طائلة من المخابرات القطرية والتركية لتنفيذه مخططات جماعة الإخوان  ضد مصر، وأنه يعقد مؤتمرات صحفية يهاجم فيها رئيس الجمهورية وقيادات الدولة ومؤسساتها ويحرض على ارتكاب الأعمال الإرهابية فى حق مصر علانية عن طريق فيديوهات يقوم بنشرها عبر صفحته الرسمية والقنوات الإخوانية المعادية للدولة المصرية. وتابع محمود، أن شرابى يعد من أخطر القيادات الإخوانية الارهابية التى تحرض وتشارك فى العمليات الإرهابية التى حدثت فى مصر مؤخرا، وهى الجرائم التى يعاقب عليها قانون العقوبات المصرى والتى تصل عقوبتها إلى الإعدام. وطالب محمود فى ختام بلاغه، بفتح تحقيقات عاجلة وفورية فى وقائع البلاغ المقدم، وإصدار أمر ضبط وإحضار للمقدم ضده البلاغ وليد شرابى، ووضع اسمه على قوائم ترقب الوصول للقبض عليه فور وصوله الأراضى المصرية، وإخطار الانتربول الدولى لإدراج اسمه على قائمة النشرة الحمراء والقبض عليه وتسليمه للسلطات المصرية، وإحالته لمحاكمة جنائية عاجلة.

Tariq Mahmoud, the lawyer, filed a complaint with the Attorney General, under the number 5807 for the year 2019, in which the attorney general accused Walid Shurbi of inciting and planning to carry out terrorist operations against the Egyptian state and its institutions. In his report, Mahmoud said that Walid Shurbi received large sums of money from the Qatari and Turkish intelligence services to implement the Brotherhood's plans against Egypt. He also held press conferences in which he attacked the president and the leaders of the state and its institutions and incited to commit terrorist acts against Egypt. Its official page and the Brotherhood channels hostile to the Egyptian state. Mahmoud added that Shorbi is one of the most dangerous terrorist leaders who incite and participate in the terrorist attacks that took place in Egypt recently. These crimes are punishable under the Egyptian Penal Code, which carries the death penalty. At the end of his communication, Mahmoud called for the immediate and prompt investigation of the facts of the communication, the issuance of an arrest warrant and the bringing of the complainant Walid Shurbi, his name on the waiting lists for his arrest upon his arrival in Egyptian territory and the notification of INTERPOL International to include his name on the red leaf list, To the Egyptian authorities, and to refer him to an urgent criminal trial.

Mahmud, iletişiminin sonunda, iletişimin gerçekleri, tutuklama emri çıkarılması ve şikayetçi Walid Shurbi'nin getirilmesi, derhal tutuklama emri çıkarılması ve Mısır topraklarına girmesi üzerine bekleyenlerin listesi ve INTERPOL International'ın kırmızı yaprak listesine ismini dahil etmesinin bildirilmesiyle ilgili olarak; Mısır makamlarına ve onu acil bir ceza davasına havale etmek.
