قررت محكمة بنها بمحافظة القليوبية، إخلاء سبيل 6 متهمين بكفالة 2000جنيه لكل متهم على ذمة القضية في اتهامهم بالانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور وحيازة منشورات. والمخلى سبيلهم هم: «يوسف عبد البديع يوسف، ومحمدي حمدي محمدي، وعمر مدحت حسن،وماهر محمد احمد، ومحمد درويش محمد، ومحمد عبد الفتاح مجاهد».

The Banha Court in Qalioubia decided to release six defendants on bail of 2,000 pounds for each defendant on charges of joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law and the constitution and possession of leaflets. The deceased were: Yusuf Abdul Budai Yousif, Hamdi Hamdi Mohammadi, Omar Medhat Hassan, Maher Mohammed Ahmed, Mohammed Darwish Mohammed and Mohamed Abdel Fattah Mujahid.

Qalioubia'daki Banha Mahkemesi, her bir sanık için 2.000 pound kefaletle altı davalı, yasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılma ve broşürlerin kurulması ve bulundurulması suçlamasıyla serbest bırakılmaya karar verdi.
