وكانت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق قد قضت بإخلاء سبيل عمار عبدالفتاح يوم ١٩ مايو الماضي، بكفالة ١٠٠٠٠ج عشرة آلاف جنيها وبعد دفع الكفالة، رفض مركز شرطة أبوكبير تنفيذ قرار إخلاء السبيل، وأخفاه قسرًا في مكان مجهول، قبل أن يظهر اليوم في النيابة على ذمة قضية جديدة تحمل ذات الاتهامات السابقة.
