قررت محكمة جنايات بنها، يوم الأربعاء 31 يوليو، إخلاء سبيل "محمود عساف"، "محمد حسني"، بكفالة مالية قدرها 20 ألف جنيه لكل منهم، علي ذمة القضية المتهمين فيها بالإنضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، وذلك بعد أكثر من 30 شهرا من الحبس الاحتياطي.
