اعلن  30 محامي من هيئة دفاع المتهمين في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ«أنصار بيت المقدس» الاعتصام داخل قاعة المحكمة بمعهد أمناء الشرطة بطرة، احتجاجًا على رفض القاضي الاستماع لمرافعة الدفاع.
وقرر المستشار حسن فريد، رئيس محكمة جنايات القاهرة، تحديد جلسة 2 سبتمبر؛ للنطق بالحكم في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ«أنصار بيت المقدس» المتهم فيها 213 متهمًا.
وقال خالد المصري، عضو هيئة الدفاع عن المتهمين في القضية، عبر صفحته الشخصية على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فيسبوك"، إن 30 محاميًا من أعضاء هيئة الدفاع عن المتهمين اعتصموا داخل القاعة بسبب تعنت هيئة المحكمة ورفضها مرافعة المحامين عن المتهمين في القضية وحجزها للحكم. فيما أعلن المحامون إنهاء الاعتصام منذ قليل بعد أن تقدم أحد المحامين بالنيابة عنهم بشكوى رسمية للمجلس الأعلي للقضاء والذي انعقد لنظرها بشكل طاريء منذ قليل وطلب مقابلة الدفاع صباح باكر لمناقشة هذه الشكوي.

Davadaki sanıkların savunma ekibinin bir üyesi olan Khaled El Masri, sosyal paylaşım sitesi “Facebook” adlı kişisel sayfasında, sanıkların savunucu üyelerinin 30 avukatının mahkemede uygunsuz davranması nedeniyle mahkemeye oturduğunu ve karara itiraz etmemelerinin reddedildiğini belirtti. Avukatlar, avukatlardan birinin adına temyiz başvurusunda bulunduklarını, bir süre önce acil durum değerlendirmesi için tutulan ve bu şikayeti görüşmek üzere Sabah Baker savunması ile görüşmek istediklerini belirttikten sonra, oturumun sona erdiğini açıkladılar.
