قضت المحكمة العسكرية، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم طرة، اليوم الاثنين 9 مارس، بمعاقبة 112 متهمًا بالسجن المؤبد، في القضية رقم 64 لسنة 2017 جنايات شمال القاهرة العسكرية، والمعروفة إعلامياً بـ«محاولة اغتيال النائب العام المساعد».
وقضت المحكمة بالسجن المشدد 15 سنه لـ3 متهمين، والسجن لمدة 15 سنة لـ٧ آخرين، والسجن المشدد 10 سنوات لـ17 متهما.
وعاقبت المحكمة ٢٢ متهمًا بالسجن المشدد 5 سنوات، والسجن لمدة 5 سنوات لـ5 متهمين آخرين والمشدد 3 سنوات لـ44 متهما والسجن 3 سنوات لـ6 متهمين، وقضت المحكمة ببراءة 80 متهمًا، وانقضاء الدعوي الجنائية لمتهم واحد للوفاة.

Today, Monday, March 9, the Military Court, held in Tora Courts Complex, sentenced 112 defendants to life imprisonment, in case No. 64 of 2017 criminal crimes north of Cairo, known media as "the attempt to assassinate the Assistant Attorney General."
The court sentenced to 15 years in prison for 3 accused, 15 years in prison for 7 others, and 10 years in prison for 17 accused.
The court punished 22 defendants of aggravated imprisonment of 5 years, imprisonment of 5 years for 5 other accused, aggravated imprisonment of 3 years for 44 accused, imprisonment of 3 years for 6 accused, the court acquitted 80 accused, and the expiry of the criminal case of one defendant for death.
