إن منظمة نجدة لحقوق الإنسان إذ تساند وتدعم وتؤيد جهود المصريين بالخارج من الإضراب والاعتصام أمام مقرات عدد من المنظمات الدولية، وكافة الجهود الرامية إلى وضع المجتمع الدولي أمام مسؤولياته، لرفع الدعم اللامحدود للنظام المصري، تؤكد على:
أن الانتهاكات الجمة لحقوق الإنسان، ومصادرة حرياته، بمصر هي سياسة نظام تتم بشكل ممنهج.
أن السلطة القضائية في مصر قد فقدت استقلالها وحيادها، وهيمنت عليها السلطة التنفيذية.
أن كافة المحاكمات في القضايا ذات الطابع السياسي، تفتقر إلى أدنى ضمانات التحقيق ومعايير المحاكمات العادلة.
أن كافة أحكام الإعدام سواء المنفذ منها وعددها 93 حكمًا تم تنفيذها تعسفيًا، أو النهائية وعددها 68 حكمًا هي أحكام مسيسة لم يتوافر في أي منها دليل يقيني واحد على ارتكاب ثمة فعل مؤثم قانونًا.
أن سائر أحكام الإعدام الصادرة في قضايا ذات طابع سياسي صادرة من محاكم استثنائية (محاكم أمن دولة طوارئ ـ أو محاكم عسكرية للمدنيين ـ أو دوائر إرهاب) بالمخالفة للدستور والقانون والمعاهدات والمواثيق الدولية.
وتدعو منظمة نجدة لحقوق الإنسان كل أحرار العالم للتضامن مع المصريين بالخارج المضربين والمعتصمين لوقف انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان بمصر، ووقف إصدار وتنفيذ المزيد من أحكام الإعدام.
